Have you been wanting to learn how to track, cut and pen cows? Or are you looking to perfect or learn new western horsemanship skills or perhaps you’d like to learn to rope? Come out to Wilson H2 Ranch to have some fun and learn something new!

Cattlework begins with knowing a few basic principles on how cattle move and the proper way of moving them the way you wish them to without causing any stress to the animal. At Wilson H2 we will teach you all the principles and skills you need to succeed with cattlework. After learning these basics you will get a chance to go out and work hands on with the cattle and perfect your skills. Our resident cowgirls and cowboys will be here to teach you to teach you how to rope, ride and work with cattle.

In western horsemanship you will form a strong, trusting bond with your horse. Learning how to communicate with your horse properly is the basis of a solid relationship with horses.

Lessons and practice sessions are available for any level from beginner to advanced. Private lessons are $50/hr, semi private lessons are $40/hr. Group lessons are $35/hr. HST is applicable on all services. Lessons are conducted on site at the ranch .
