We will have 2 stalls coming available November 15th.
We are located on Baptist Church Road approx.10 minutes from the Ancaster Fairgrounds and centrally located to Brantford, Binbrook, Ancaster & Glanbrook.

FACILITIES INCLUDE-
• Private equine facility with owners living on site
• 25 Stall barn with attached indoor arena
• 65 x 120 attached Indoor Arena with dust-free footing and high bay sodium lights
• Heated viewing/tack room,
o with complete kitchenette
o individual tack lockers
o restroom
• blanket storage room
• Indoor wash stall with hot and cold running water & heat lamps
• 2 Grooming stalls
• Stalls are 12 x 12 and are;
- Fully matted
- pine bedding
- water buckets
• 12 turnout paddocks,
- Water hydrant at paddocks for fresh water throughout the year
- Heated water troughs outdoor during winter
- small group turnout
• 100 x 200 outdoor arena, fully fenced and lighted for night riding
- small jumping course
- Dressage ring markers
• Grass riding area
• access to 100+ acres of hacking
• Your veterinarian and farrier are welcome

FEED PROGRAM INCLUDES-
• Grain twice a day
• owner supplied supplements
• Nighttime check includes hay
• all day access to hay in paddocks, round bales in winter

SERVICES INCLUDE -
• small group; full or half day turn out – dependent on weather and footing
• stalls cleaned daily
• turnout blanket/sheet/cooler (one on or off daily)
• trailer parking available


STANDARD BOARD
$525.00 + HST per month
Includes all services listed above

• Stall rest (not charged on days where horses are kept in due to weather or footing)
• de-worming program
• individual turnout

• Additional Blanket changes

BOARDING REQUIREMENTS
• Boarding Contract & Liability Waiver will be necessary
• OEF yearly membership is mandatory
• Horses must be healthy, well behaved and have no vices
• Horses must be up-to-date with vaccinations
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
