La ferme Ste-Rose

La ferme Ste-Rose is located in beautiful Gatineau at 245 chemin Dufresne, just 15 min. from downtown Ottawa. It is situated on a scenic 125 acres, a mixture of pasture, hayfields and mature bush.

The new, skillfully maintained equestrian facility is owned and operated Lyne Morin. Our focus is exceptional horse care and the development of horses and riders of all levels in hunter, jumper, dressage and cross country disciplines.

We offer boarding, training, and lesson programs, (leases and half leases are available) and have quality, professionally started, young horses for sale. We regularly hold clinics with some of the most highly acclaimed trainers to encourage the continued development of riders.

Whether you a competitive rider or just enjoy spending quality time with your horse, Ste-Rose is sure to meet all your expectations.

Our Team
Lyne Morin, the owner of Ste-Rose is an Equine Canada certified instructor. Her focus is ensuring exceptional horse care in a professional and friendly environment and the development of a strong foundation to help horse and rider advance to the next level.

Olivia Van den Berg is an accomplished equestrian rider and trainer having spent time in Germany working with some of the best riders in the world. She has her National Equine Coaching Level 2 designation. Olivia’s valuable and selfless dedication to both horses and riders in her program is a huge contribution to the equestrian community here.

Patrick Evans is an Equine Canada Level 2 Dressage Coach and Basic Dressage Judge. Patrick specializes in working with adult amateurs in helping them reach their competition and training goals in both Dressage and Eventing.

Mickey Green is an accomplished equestrian athlete. She grew up caring for, backing, training, competing and promoting performance horses and talented young prospects for numerous horse enthusiasts and professionals. Mickey has a genuine interest in the welfare of the horse.
