The db Farms Co-operative Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has one stall available. The stable is ideally located in Vars, Ontario, about 20 minutes east of downtown Ottawa.

PURPOSE
To operate a not-for-profit horse boarding stable for the benefit of its members, to promote safe and enjoyable equine activities and to allow members the opportunity to participate in the planning, organization and operation of a horse boarding stable. We take pride in providing quality care.

FACILITIES
The Co-op has access to a 14 stall barn, large indoor arena and outdoor sand ring, jump field, round pen, large single and group outdoor horse paddocks and riding trails. There are dressage and hunter/jumper coaches on the property or members are permitted to bring in their own coach.

MEMBERSHIP
The Co-op includes members from surrounding communities in Ottawa – Carleton who come from a variety of equine backgrounds. Members own various breeds of horses; have different levels of experience and are interested in a number of equine disciplines.

COST
Monthly board is $430 + HST. In exchange for a member's work contribution to the Co-op the cost of maintaining a horse at the stable is reduced. Individual commitment is approximately 2 hours per week of chores.
