Royale's Derby Hat

Lovely 2010 Thoroughbred brought up from PA USA in 2012. Purpose bred for eventing but could easily excel as a hunter.

Sired by very popular American TB Stallion Harry the Hat - He has sired many A level hunters and upper level eventers. Dam a successful Training Level Event horse and 4ft Show Jumper.

Derby has an incredible temperament always very quiet sweet and willing. At 4 y/o she is being ridden by junior riders with much success. She is jumping small courses with fillers... and has xc schooled including; water, brush; banks, even jumped a small Trakehner.

She has natural lead changes & very balanced canter. Great form over fences, bold and not spooky.

Ideally suited to a Jr or smaller adult that would like to bring along a young horse. Would be the perfect first project horse as she is so kind, willing and forgiving. Has even been used in a few lessons!

Finish her for eventing or the hunters you will not be disappointed. 4 y/o with this kind of temperament are very hard to find. Not registered but could be with the JC.

Derby attended her first show the OVH Radical Jumper and came home 4th place out of 16 horses and was ridden by a 14 y/o. She trailers great and was perfect in the busy warm up ring and happy to hang out by the show ring quietly waiting for her turn.
