Located on the 12 th concession just south of the 19th side road in Schomberg. 1850/1950 farmhouse on a 75 acre horse farm. Surrounded by trees and paddocks and horses. Absolutely lovely and quiet. The house is basically split down the middle so there's a fair amount of privacy. Also I'm not home all that much. I have two, very friendly and people loving dogs and one very shy cat. I would say honestly that someone ( or a couple) without pets or really small kids would be preferred but we can talk it out. Inside The house is non smoking but I don't care if you smoke. I'm ideally looking for someone by January 1st.
I am asking 1,000 plus hydro and propane per month. Includes parking and snow removal.
