"Navi" is an athletic and super fancy 2004 Welsh/QH mare standing just shy of 14.1. She is a barn favourite with her larger than life personality and perfect manners. This girl is smart and safe! No buck, bolt, spook, kick, bite, etc! Hacks out alone or in a group, goes w/t/c/ in contact, turn on haunches and forehand, leg yields and currently developing haunches/shoulder in - she can also be ridden bareback in a halter. She was started over fences this summer and shows excellent rhythm and style; with more experience she will be very successful in the hunter ring. She is also fancy enough to continue pursuing dressage! Navi is versatile and a blast to ride with her great brain and work ethic.
Navi's ideal rider match is someone with a sense of humor and at least a fundamental understanding of dressage as her training thus far has been heavily dressage based and I would like to see it maintained (she does not have 'hunter buttons' and is very much a seat and leg ride). Dressage background is not required as long as you are willing to learn. Looking for someone to ride 1-2 days a week (flexible schedule) with two lessons per month. Price is dependent on the number of rides per week. Showing is an option, but there is no pressure to be competitive.
Navi is located in Stouffville at a beautiful, friendly, drama-free facility just off the 404. Serious inquiries only please! Video available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9qZrhyrsaOM |
