I am interested in leasing one of my two barns out in the spring of 2015.
Contains 12 stalls, all 12’ x 12’ with heads out – six have windows, six back onto indoor arena, one feed room and one tack room. Barn has a hydrant pump and buckets in each stall.
• The Indoor Arena is 60’ x 110’ and has incredible footing which is never dusty. There is a lounge and a heated bathroom.
• There is a 5/8 mile turf racetrack which runs along north side of property.
• Approximately 40 acres of hay fields, the edges of which may be ridden around.
• Large 60’ x 120’ outdoor grass dressage ring.
• Large 60’ x 120’ outdoor grass jump ring.
• Large sand ring down the back.
• Numerous paddocks, some individual and some large group oriented. All have hydrant pumps and electricity.

• We would prefer not to have high traffic barn in order to maintain peaceful atmosphere.
