Experience: Minimum of 3-years in equine related sales
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the MAAAX LONGfibe™ Forage Territory Sales Representative include, but are not limited to the following:
• Visit stables/stable managers to introduce the MAAAX LONGfibe™ Forage Cubes as a full hay replacer.
• Organize a grid of potential stables within his/her sales territory to systematically visit and introduce the MAAAX LONGfibe Forage Cubes as a hay replacer.
• Able to explain to potential customers the sophisticated Seed to Stable™ concept offered exclusively by Bruce Agra Dehy Inc. ~The Ontario Forage Processor™~ through its division MAAAX Equine Feed.
• Explain to potential customers the advantages of long fibre forages, the MAAAX LONGfibe™ Forage Cubes.
• Explain to potential customers why MAAAX LONGfibe Forage Cubes don’t require soaking.
• Explain to potential customers the advantages of MAAAX LONGfibe Forage Cubes are virtually ‘dust-free’.
• Conduct on-going market analysis within his/her territory of approaching as many as possible lead stables who are capable to contribute to more sales within the territory.
• Ongoing learning within the equine industry and especially in the advantages forage feeding to horses and the MAAAX LONGfibe™ Forage Cubes Seed to Stable™ concept as a full sustainable hay replacer of highest quality.
• Act as an ongoing training and information source to horse owners and stable managers, promoting the MAAAX LONGfibe Forage Cubes including its trademarked Seed to Stable™ concept.
• Work in concert with the representatives of the OEF approaching the OEF members and fine-tune the sales to an art in order to satisfy the OEF members in a sustainable manner.
• Ongoing observation and documentation of market developments of new additional lead stables approach the market place, keeping up to date.
• Identify critical areas, problem situations and develop solutions to solve the challenges.
• Encourage new approaches to overcome obstacles and think “outside the box”.
• Network within the equine industry and act as a liaison for OEF members to access MAAAX LONGfibe™ Forage Cubes.
