Farm Sitter/Small Animal Care Needed:

To do farm care while farmer is away on vacation and additional one-day-a-week work available on an on-going basis assisting with small animal care which includes some light housekeeping with lifting(as pertains to small animals).

Responsibilities - daily feeding, watering, cleaning, medicating, general care and security of animals, maintenance and security of property, buildings and equipment. In-depth training and instructions provided.

Temporary live-in for vacation period and frequent communications with farmer, while away, required.

Skills required - farm experience, large and small animal experience, mechanical and construction aptitude, equipment skills (tractor). Clear, focused, attentive, mature mind-set, ability ti listen to instructions and strong arms needed.

Farm is in north Flamborough. For obvious reasons, generally not suited for people with allergies to plants, dust, animals or insects. No long term accommodation. Must provide own transport.
