Briar is a lovely versatile and FUN! 10 year old chestnut gelding. He can go english or western and has done some endurance in the past. Is good over tarps, through water, willingly jumps small fences, and has super manners in the crossties. He trailers, ties, clips, baths- really quiet for vet, farrier and in all aspects of handling. Briar has a sweet engaging personaluty and is willing to try whatever is asked of him. He is an exceptionally brave and sensible hack as well and would be well suited to be just your pleasure mount, or show off his fancy smooth gaits in the ring! Would excel in dressage and is sensitive and on the aids. He has no buck, bolt or rear but due to his sensitive forward thinking nature he is best suited for an intermediate rider
Briar sticks a solid 15.1 h and feels like a big horse.
He goes quietly in the herd, is an easy keeper and is good to ride alone or in company.
