Sadly I am forced to put Bacardi up for sale. I have owned him for three years, and he has been nothing but a great horse for us. Unfortunately, I do not have any students at his level now, and he has had a few leases fall apart (through no fault of his). So I am forced to sell him, based purely on the fact that I don’t have time for him. He deserves someone who can give him the attention that he loves to have. He has a puppy dog personality and is a great horse to be around. He is all up to date on his shots, teeth and farrier.

He has been used mostly as a dressage horse (my preference is dressage) for the past three years. He has been trained up to first level dressage. I have taught some jumping lessons with him, he loves to jump (he’s a very honest jumper). He has a great talent for jumping; I have not jumped him to his max. It comes to him very naturally and easily. He is very quiet, not startled by much at all. He doesn’t buck, rear, bolt, or spook. He is great for the farrier and vet. However, he does require an experienced rider, as he can be sensitive to the leg.
