Halter and bridle are separate and bridle/bit can be removed so you can tie your horse out on the trail or at a rest stop.

Tie is soft hunter green poly rope with a velcro attachment.

5" Myler combo bit is sweet iron (rusts naturally and tastes sweet to the horses, thus encouraging salivation) with copper inserts.

The rest of the bit is highly polished stainless steel.

Bit uses both tongue and bar pressure and has a havana leather curb strap and rawlide "hackamore" strap that can be heated in hot water and moulded to the shape of your horse's face.

Sorry, I can't split up the bit and bridle. I'm still using it occasionally to ride a different horse. One component is useless without the other.
