Jesse James (JJ) is a wonderful experienced horse available for on-farm half lease (riding 3 days per week). He is currently located at Sawmill Brook Farm in Mansfield, CT.

JJ is an Arab/Thoroughbred/Quarter Horse cross, has been trained and competed in multiple disciplines and would excel wherever you'd like to go. He is suitable for a rider of any level and has been used in lessons for kids as young as 6 years old, but I would prefer at least an intermediate rider who could ride him independently and safely. Used in both Pony Club and 4H. He is currently competing in Eventing at the Novice level with the hopes of moving up to Training next summer. Previously competed in Hunters, Show Jumping, and Gymkhana and brought home year-end ribbons in all of them. Consistently jumps 3'0" - 3'6" courses and is extremely honest to fences. Loves cross country or just being out on the trails in general and is a dream to do dressage on with smooth, floaty gaits and that beautiful Arabian neck.
