10 y/o 13.3hh liver chestnut registered Morgan mare, $6000 (includes all tack and blankets)

This attractive and athletic mare shows lots of talent for dressage and the FEI pony classes and is well suited for a junior or small adult amateur rider. She rides easily off the leg and comes back just as nicely, very soft in the hand, hacks out, trailers well, good for the farrier, easy keeper. She has been very successful in the dressage ring and frequently wins the class against bigger horses. Mariposa is ready to show first level and is schooling most of the second level movements. She is a super fun pony to ride and learns new things quickly and easily. Although owner’s focus has been dressage, she is also showing excellent form over fences.

Show History:
2015: Leased by a junior rider who competed in training level classes at Palgrave throughout the season. This was the rider’s very first show season and Mariposa guided her to top placings and scores to 68.6%.
September: Two weeks after returning from her lease she was shown at first level for the first time and received 66%!
October: Scored 67% in both first level classes
2014: Did not compete due to owner’s pregnancy
2013: Scores to 69% at training level with adult amateur owner. Awarded the Ontario silver dressage reserve championship at training level.
