A very pretty bay Welsh cross mare, large, for sale as broodmare. The last four years she has been in training as a dressage pony. Was working on 3rd level with a professional trainer and was shown and won the First Level Bronze Championship in London. Very work oriented, smart. Has been retired because she developed a chip in her stifle. She had had a fall on ice three years ago and was a little sore for a couple of days. She was never lame and it never gave trouble until this spring. It is suspected that she had injured her stifle, developing a chip which recently shifted resulting in pain. Never really lame on it but unwilling to go forward. She had an injection after exrays but she was still just not right. Has been retired for the last six months and shows no lameness, will lunge happily and is sound but I don't want to push things. She tried very hard for me but I felt it was only right to change her occupation. She had one foal who became a show pony but I don't have many details on this. Very sweet temperament and loves attention and affection. She is around 9 years but her beginnings are unknown. No papers but she is believed to be full welsh or a welsh cob.
