Willy is well trained gelding. He is well disciplined, operating off leg pressure and body position. He has a soft mouth and light handle, flexes well, smooth trot and lope, easy to whoa, easy to back, and good laterals. He has been used in a variety of disciplines, including amateur team sorting, pasture roping, ponying young horses, and overnight trailrides. He has a very light responsive handle, athletic and finesse .He performs laterals, correct turn around, good whoa on command.Willy rides behind the bit, between the bridle. He tracks very well enabling a person to easily sort and pen on, he has good laterals which allow a person to easily move from pen to pen opening and/or closing gates. Willy has been used for pasture roping(excessive speed with quick easy shutdown), also started out of the box on slow cattle. He is great pony horse especially for starting young horses. He trail rides well; no issues riding alone or in a group and crosses water, creeks etc well.. He is 100% sound.He does not have any scars or blemishes.,nice all around horse.
