Petite adult amateur seeking a confirmed third level dressage horse for a one year lease off property with option to purchase at the end of the term (ideal but not required).
Minor health issues or semi-retired is fine, age within reason doesn't matter. Mare or gelding, 15 to 16 hh, can go a bit larger if horse is small boned.
Will be in a training program with an upper level CEC coach, ridden four to five times per week.
Indoor arena, daily turnout, box stall at night, regular vet and farrier visits.
Horse will be well loved and guaranteed spoiled rotten.
