Black french calfskin leather with gorgeous silver welting that really sets this saddle off into a league of its own. This saddle is designed with a mono-flap to improve the communication between horse and rider enabling a close contact feel. The blocks are the perfect size 1/2 blocks to give the riders thigh the support needed while keeping the knee free (large full blocks can cause the rider to pinch in the knee, resulting in the knee to possibly creep over the block and definitely cause tension)

The soft wool flocked panels are designed so that the saddle panels will only travel to the horses last supporting rib and keep the soft tissue, kidneys and in mare’s cases - ovaries free of pressure and restriction. Flocked with the best English wool ( many companies will mix with a synthetic fiber to cut down on costs only resulting in lumps and bumps all of which the horse will feel). The panels are designed for optimal shoulder freedom with shoulder cut back and a 1/2 panel (the front panel only travels 1/2 the way of traditional full panels providing ground covering freedom and relief).

Billets are designed off the point of the tree to assist in optimal shoulder freedom. An on the point webbing is offered for easy switch in the case of a horse requiring an on the point billet placement due to conformation. The back billet is an adjustable V-Webbing - giving the option to adjust the back billet into the proper place for optimal fit and weight distribution.

The tree is designed on the monarch tree which is only available through Seventeen Saddle. This tree has been designed by Master Saddlers while working with top European 3D engineers to create the perfect tree that is FULLY ADJUSTABLE. The tree is adjusted by a professional Saddle Fit Specialist to match the tree angle to the horses natural shoulder angle. The gullet plate is made from a high performance material that allows for many adjustments while keeping its integrity and will not rust due to moisture.

This saddle is in absolutely excellent shape, it has been very slightly used as a demo saddle (Always with a fitter at hand, never been shipped out).
