Training Board includes 2 days a week of handling/saddle work and 2 days a week of coaching 30 minute private lesson

Farrier Services done by Valcon farrier services 40$ for bare foot trim shoeing needs to be quoted by the farrier, additional 5$ will be added if you can not be there for the farrier as a handling fee

Vet Services done by Main Street in Cambridge, call fee will be split between boarders if more then one boarder is in need of vet once again an additional charge will be added of 5$ if you can not attend Vet visit

Care and Handling provided:
At Cedar Hill Stables we aim for exceptional care and handling to ensure the safety of all staff located at Cedar Hill. If a horse suffers from any injury or is in need of extra care you bet we will provide it ensuring your horse gets its daily care to ensure of no injuries or wounds each horse will be provided with a daily check if horse is in need of any extra care we will provide each owner with a full report on the injury and how we would go about handling it, if the horses needs additional products that Cedar Hill does not provide owner will be responsible for provided proper medication and first aid products to deal with said injury from there Cedar Hill will insure the horse is taken care of until back to full health. In case of further complications or problems a vet call may be recommended.

Facility:
We are located on a beautiful 104 acre farm closely located to Cambridge, Guelph, Dundas. Surrounding areas back onto crown land, which is perfect for hacking. We are a private facility with only 9 stalls. Stalls are all matted with 7 – 10’x12’ stalls and 2 – 10’x14’ stalls. Our barn is also equipped with a lockable tack room providing space for all your tack and equipment. We also offer a large wash stall with both hot and cold water. (Shampoo/conditioner, as well as show shine, will be provided in wash stall for boarders use.) Also provided is a large very well lit, both day and night, 2 ½ year old 70’x140’ indoor arena equipped with jumps .) We also have a large outdoor grass ring 100’x200’, perfect for using in the warmer months, which is also equipped with some jumps. The property also includes a round pen great for training and warming up. There is also a ½ mile track to use for conditioning and warm up. Property also includes large spacious fields, as well as one quarantine field for new boards.

Indoor Board includes:

-large 10x12 matted stall

-single bucket (provided) for water in each stall scrubbed daily

-hay feed as needed (evening hay/night check feed, horses with 3 or more will receive a round bale)

-locking tackroom with space for all tack and equipment for horses

-use of all facilities including indoor riding arena, washstall, ½ track, round pen, and trails hacking

-stalls will be mucked daily and picked out at night check

-we provide 3 types of grains any extra grains can be ordered at an additional cost grain is feed twice a day and we will help customize each feed plan to best suit each horses needs. We will also administer any supplements if provided by owner (we provide Purina Pro Grain which is a versatile textured grain best suited for light working horses or horses looking to put weight on.
we also provide Purina Equalizer which is a low calorie, low sugar/starch nutrient dense pellet with elevated vitamins and minerals
we also have whole oats which is great for adding sheen

- we provide large pastures for group or individual turnout, booting and blanketing is included with board
