I am searching for a modern equine facility to rent in Uxbridge or East area. Needs to have 12+ stalls, an indoor arena and large grass turnout paddocks. Looking for a long term rental agreement; have excellent references, willing to assist in farm/facility upkeep and will carry full insurance. The farm would be used as a private training facility which insures privacy and low foot traffic (ie: no extra boarders, lesson students etc).
