14 year old 16’3 Shady Maple Clyde cross mare for sale. Originally broke to drive, had one foal, and then broke to ride at 7 years old.
Competed at pre training level eventing, place in top 5 at the Ontario Championships at Grandview Farms and schooling training level eventing. She also has shown training level dressage at Palgrave and is schooling first and second level. This mare has also competed in a few 3' schooling jumper shows.
Athena has huge potential in both the dressage and jumper rings, and she thrives in eventing. She is healthy, sound, an easy keeper, x-ties, trailers and hacks alone or in a group. Can be in group turnout with mares and geldings, and in the summer is out 24/7. She is a very talented and well tempered mare. X rayed clean 5 years ago when purchased.
