This horse is extremely special with loads of character. Dizzy will be best for an experienced rider with confidence that wants to barrel race, and would make a great youth horse for a kid that wants to win. I have had the privilege of owning Dizzy for the past 2 years, running her in barrels and poles all around Ontario. Dizzy raced on the track as a 3 yr old and then had one previous owner before me. Last summer this horse hauled to every OBRA, most district 1 NBHA, most Midwest club shows, some AQHA shows, some rodeos and the All American Quarter Horse Congress in Columbus Ohio. Last season this horse brought me to places I never thought I would be able to go…this horse won reserve champion for the year in both OBRA youth and NBHA youth, reserve champion in Midwest open barrels, and was on the Ontario area 1 NYATT team at the All American Quarter Horse Congress. She also placed me 3rd in the Halloween RAM rodeo and won the pre rodeo jackpot to end our season off on a high against some pretty tough competition. This horse also consistently won me cheques all year. Because Dizzy is a post race horse she is also eligible for the post race horse program which I had enough credits to receive the $1500 max for last season. Dizzy does well on a big or small pattern, indoors or outdoors, and any ground. This horse is not a barrel crasher and any barrels she did hit last year were 100% my own fault! At smaller local shows this horse will easily win the class for you and at larger OBRA or NBHA shows last year she was running consistent 2D times in barrels. Last year we also started running poles and with lots of room for improvement we ran a couple of 21’s and multiple 22’s. She clips, ties, baths, and stands for the farrier (she has exceptionally good feet, she ran all last season bare foot with no problems). This horse has potential beyond belief and I can’t wait to see someone else do as well as I have with her. This was NOT an easy decision to sell this horse as I am just too busy with university and my 4yr old horse, so she will ONLY be going to a good home! I’m selling her for $15,000 CAD or $11,900 USD.
