HEAD RIDING INSTRUCTOR POSITION

Sunrise Therapeutic Riding & Learning Centre (south of Guelph) is seeking a Head Instructor with minimum EC Coach 1 Certification. Experienced in supervising instructors and barn staff. Proven knowledge of herd health and training, conditioning and schooling of horses. Superior interpersonal relations and communication skills with staff, riders and parents. Experience in working with children/ adults with disabilities an asset, but not essential. Important to have a keen interest in working at a nationally accredited Therapeutic Riding Instructor training centre, and willing to take additional training. Full time position (some evenings and weekends).
