Fiador, affectionately known around the barn as “Luke” is offered for your consideration.

Luke is a stunning 17.3hh, 14 year old, Dutch Warmblood gelding by Flemmingh. A true gentleman both on the ground and undersaddle, Luke has no vices, loads and trailers well and is up to date on all farrier and vaccinations. This gorgeous gelding is conformationally correct with good feet and a great brain.

Luke has spent the past few years having a successful career in dressage; he is confirmed at second level and schooling third.

Luke is offered for sale as although his dressage career has been impressive, his true passion lies in the hunter ring. Luke has been refreshing his jumping over the last month, and has demonstrated his natural talent and ability to excel in both the hunter and equitation rings. He has three balanced gates with beautiful and technically correct form over fences. His rhythmic canter is easy to ride, and will get you noticed in the show ring.

We would love to see this horse excel in the hunter or equitation rings with a young rider. Although a gentle giant, Luke is not a beginner’s ride simply due to his size.

Luke is located at a private barn in Baden, Ontario, close to Kitchener/Waterloo and is available for viewings.
