As a young horse with a heart of gold, Vali is willing to do almost anything for the right person; however he is not for a beginner. The perfect match for him would be someone who has experience handling young horses, and will take the time to train him correctly and increase his confidence. He is a quick learner, and very smart. Vali is somewhat cautious about trusting new people; however with proper handling, he becomes very trusting, and wants to please. Sire is Genesis KD (Reg# 14806 S/P) of Sommer Ranch Andalusians, who is the first Andalusian stallion born and bred in the US with the homozygous pearl gene. Dam is Lyntara (Reg# H008172), who also carries the pearl gene.
Lightly started in June of 2018, Vali can be ridden in an area (indoor or outdoor), and can be trail ridden individually or in a group. Currently being ridden western (walk / trot), will begin basic dressage training shortly. He is also comfortable longing and long-lining.
Vali is an Andalusian X Gelding (eligible for registration with the IALHA – Half Andalusian), born on June 17, 2016. He’s bay, and currently 15.2hh (should mature around 16hh).

• Will do well in any discipline.
• Up to date on vaccinations / trimming, stands well for vet work. Currently barefoot, stands well for farrier.
• Ties, ground ties, can be bathed and loads well.
• Has been off property (Kelowna Riding Club) to clinics / shows, although has not competed.
