We allow outside coaches/vets/blacksmiths or use ours, choice is yours.
Horses treated like our own and spoiled as such.
Adult oriented and not a lesson barn so lots of free arena time.
Stalls cleaned and freshly bedded with fluffy straw daily and picked out as needed on indoor recess days.
2 water buckets in each stall, heated ones installed for winter.
Large maintained indoor arena with use of full set of jumps/poles etc.
Not a fancy place, no wash stall but have an outdoor wash rack area for warmer weather months.
Miles of hacking around property.
Small group turnouts in safe electric fencing.
Boots/masks/blankets on/off included in board.
Minor cuts/scrapes etc taken care of and knowledge for taking care of pretty much anything else as well.
Grain fed twice daily and provided supplements happily fed as well.
Hay fed multiple times a day inside and out as well as at night check.
