Hershey is a friendly handsome boy with a steady frame, smooth and rhythmic gaits. He is suitable for dressage, cowboy dressage, hunter hack and low jumpers. He was shown as a weanling and yearling finishing Reserve Champion at the Ontario Quarter Horse Breeders Futurity.
In 2017 & 18, he trained with a pro and competed successfully with amateur riders in HUS and Equitation on the Ontario Quarter horse show circuit. He also schooled in trail.
In the 2019 show season he showed competitively at Training Level dressage accumulating ribbons with an amateur.
Presently he is fit and schooling at Level I dressage and low jumps.
Hershey thrives on attention and regular work. I would prefer that he go to a show home with an intermediate to experienced rider. I am selling because of physical limitations to schooling and showing on a regular basis.
