Quiet adult barn located 8 minutes from the Ancaster Fairgrounds and centrally located to Brantford, Hamilton, Binbrook, Ancaster & Glanbrook.

Two stalls available immediately.

ALL disciplines are welcome.

• Private facility (not a lesson barn) with owners living on site
• Barn with attached indoor arena with dust-free footing
o individual tack lockers
o viewing lounge with washroom
• Locked blanket/saddle & storage room
• Indoor wash stall with hot and cold running water & heat lamps
• Grooming stalls with heat lamps
• Large Stalls, most are 12x12 or larger;
- Fully matted
• 12 turnout paddocks,
- with fresh water throughout the year
- heated water troughs outdoors, during winter
- small group turnout, or individual
• 100 x 200 outdoor arena, fully fenced and lit for night riding
- Dressage ring markers (inside & outside)
- Trail (show) and jump equipment available
• Grass riding area
• Access to 100+ acres of hacking
• Your veterinarian and farrier are welcome
• Your coach is welcome with proof of insurance

FEED PROGRAM INCLUDES-
• Grain twice a day
• Supplements fed, owner supplied
• Night-time check includes hay
• All day access to hay in paddocks, in winter

STANDARD BOARD
$525.00 + HST per month

BOARDING REQUIREMENTS
• Horses must be healthy, and well behaved
• Horses must be up-to-date with vaccinations
