Later on he was also approved by BWP with “Elite” and “Ambassador” status, by the KWPN and AHHA and was awarded Horse of the Year 2015 by KWPN. His sire, Indoctro, is one of the best producing and sought-after jumper stallions in the world today. He is one of the best breeding stallions of our time who has numerous offspring in the Grand Prix ring and several approved sons. Since many years he is in the top 20 of the WBFSH Sire Rankings and has earned “preferent” status from the KWPN. On Imothep’s dam’s side the stallions Calvados and Dominard who descend from top French lineage and competed both successfully at the international level add even more outstanding and well proven jumper genes. Many winners in Grand Prix’s and World Cups are of those bloodlines. Imothep himself has a wonderful temperament which manifests itself in his willing performance under different riders. A fabulous bascule over the jump paired with impressive power and an intelligent mind make this stallion fun to watch in the jumper ring. He also brings beautiful movement and a natural balance to the table which sets him apart as a performance breeding stallion proven by his champion and premium offspring. He produced the Site Champion for Young jumpers and Jumper foals at the 2012 KWPN inspection and the Reserve Champion in North America. He already has sired an approved son, Gustav HS. Imothep consistently passes on his beauty, nice temperament, big movement and especially his jumping ability. Dam Donar Summer is no slouch herself. She is by Donarweiss, the black Hanoverian stallion who competes himself to the highest levels in dressage while also leaving a legacy in H/J breeding. He is extremely popular in the US since his offspring have proven themselves highly successful in the hunter ring. Donarweiss carries the sought-after blood line of De Niro/Donnerhall/Hohenstein. On the Donar Summer’s dam’s side “star” mare Ultimate Girl goes back to KWPN stallion Bismarck aka Kupferberg-Gold who not only won his stallion licensing but also has many offspring competing in show jumping and Dressage. Further back you will find such legendary international jumping competitors as Habicht, Schwalbenzug and Prince Conde. At her foal inspection Donar Summer not only was awarded Premium status but also won the Site Champion title with a score of 8.2 and tied later for Best Filly in Canada in 2012.
